Social Content + Digital + Print Assets

After becoming quite familiar working within Head & Shoulders social presence, it became clear that a change was needed on the Twitter front. I concepted and designed a new aesthetic for H&S content to be used on a quarterly basis.

In addition to social content, I created many print and digital advertising assets for Head & Shoulders. Below are examples of yearly internal reports showcasing progress with PR outreach.

H&S Real Time

On a daily basis for about two years, I collaborated with strategy and brand teams to find and respond to consumer tweets on dandruff (you would be surprised how many people tweet about scalp and hair issues) with a personalized visualization of their tweet with a message from Head & Shoulders. These would be concepted and created within a 2 hour period at the beginning of the day.

 

Whether we responded to anime fanatics, lovers of fall weather, students cramming for midterms and professional news anchors, to name a few, these “real-time” engagements became a key part of the brand's strategy on Twitter.
